Balboa Basketball Post Grade 2021-2022
Our Post Grad Team is a national team that allows for the student-athlete to take a gap year after graduating from high school.
What is a“Gap” Year? For Balboa students, it is an opportunity to compete and play another year of high school basketball without starting your eligibility clock for college basketball. Giving yourself an extra year to develop as an athlete can really be beneficial when it comes to recruitment. Colleges Coaches and Recruitment Staff are fond of the Post Grad athlete as they are a little older than your typical high school senior but still have four years of eligibility compared to your junior college or transfer student-athlete. Focusing on personal and athletic goals will allow student-athletes to have the best Post Grad year possible.
